" To love another person is to see the face of God"

There's a power in those words. This makes me think of

John 3: v7-12, the word love is used 15 times.  V10-11 are " This is love, not that we loved God , but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love another.

What a gift. we know life, and we know love - because God has loved us first.

Because of God, I can love. Because of God, WE can love. And, to love one another, to share God's love, is to do the will of God.

Can we express our concern, our love with the person closest to us? Can we express our concern, our love with the lonely, the poor and the sick? Yes, we can. I thank you for the ways we have done this.

Verse 12 is this: " No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us." That's great comfort. It is also quite a challenge.  It is also a life giving quest.

Love your neighbor. God lives in you!
